The gorgeous villa is built in Siolim, North Goa, where you wander through the densely forested lanes and discover the beautiful colonial homes amongst all the greenery, all whilst hopping on the fruit and vegetable stalls lined up .To be more precise, it is slightly inland from Anjuna, Siolim is a stunning riverside village, hosting a very Goan feel as it has some very interesting architecture to be seen including Portuguese heritage homes and many churches built as far back as the 1500’s.
As you approach the villa you are greeted by winding pathway of the gated community that leads you through the verdant landscape, guiding you to the grand entrance. Let us take you through the beauty!
Upon entering Casa Pamiya, you are immediately struck by the vibrant and inviting ambiance. The Villa is located in Siolim and curated with lots of love. It's a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay.

Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).
If you face any problems related to the property after check-in, then please report it it to the local representative of the property owner.
Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families and married couple's group, office gatherings only. Parties & Events: We love music; however, we love our neighbors' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.
Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area.
Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities.
Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however we respect our caretakers' and their working hours. Anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours.
We can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other two meals of the day.
Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.

The property holds the right to cancel any bookings if needed.
Right of admission is absolutely reserved by the property owner. Number of occupants are to be strictly followed.
No refunds will be made for any damages done to your personal appliances due to voltage fluctuations.
