The living space is also equipped with a fully-equipped kitchenette and an antique bar area. With a bedroom on the ground level, offering an ensuite bathroom and direct pool access, you'll experience the epitome of indoor-outdoor living through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The exterior exudes charm with a private pool with a Balinese-style sunken seating area, and a tranquil gazebo. A flight of stairs leads you to the upper levels. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor equipped with charming decor and warm spaces. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony. The grand master bedroom on the second floor boasts an A-shaped roof, an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a private balcony overlooking picturesque paddy fields.

Whether you are a single traveller or a group, you will have access to the entire villa and its outdoor spaces.
The furnished kitchen can be fully used free of charges.

Yacht booking at 3 days prior notice and many other services are available too.

Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability).
Age group: This place is meant for a calm & soothing getaway for families, we shall prefer families / couple's , office gatherings only. Parties & Events: We love music, however, we love our neighbors' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm.

Breakfast can be provided on an extra charge(Grocery as per Menu) from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

While cook for breakfast is included , we can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other meals of the day.

The property manager and caretaker would be available in case of any issues but we do have to respect their working hours as well.
